SCBWN Cocktail Party

130 business women gathered for the October 14 Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network cocktail event. Styling You, together with Soul Diva boutique, were the sponsors of the event at the Maroochydore Surf Club. The High Five for Summer Fashion event showcased five different spring/summer essential outfits on five different Sunshine Coast business women.The stunning “models” were Kaitlyn Akers (Suncorp), Prue Byrnes (Bundilla Drycleaners), Allison Grant (Aspire Marketing), Debbie Battaglini-Clarke (Bank of Queensland) and Megan Meineke (Fresh PR).
The outfits were complemented by jewellery (Jewels of the Kimberley), shoes and bags (Conspicuous) and race hats (Hats by Sandy A). Maria Faulder (suite 3) styled the hair; and Kylie-Jane Limpus (Kylie-Jane Makeup Artistry) created the makeup looks.

Our 5th Wedding Anniversary

It has been ages since I have last posted a blog... mainly due to the fact that I have been super busy with weddings, trials, teaching make-up classes and a mountain of paperwork... I have 7 weddings next week to do...CRAZY SEASON! But I love it!

Well today was a special day as Scott and I celebrated our 5th Wedding Anniversary... yes we too were a classic September Wedding! It is amazing how time flies and how much you achieve in 5 years... I guess our main achievement has been our little 6mth old boy - Ezekiel... a big blessing in our lives! To celebrate the day Scott went skydiving this morning (a belated fathers day pressie from last week) and then we spent the day at Caloundra, the Eumundi Markets and catching up with old friends for pizza and games... couldn't have asked for a nicer day! Looking foward to celebrating another year of marriage and to see what this year brings :) (no more babies for now!)
